This little snowman is pulling a glittery 2013 out his bright green magic hat. The snowman has a lavender scarf in neon green mittens. The year, as with all of them in the series, appears to be made from snow. The dark green top hat has a yellow star on it and appears to be magic as the snowman pulls his trick out of it.
